Eligible employee apprentices may receive child care support connected to approved work and training. Family child care and Child Care Support Credits may be available based on scheduling, capacity, funding, and program requirements.

Employee apprentices may have the opportunity to build in demand marketing and technology skills through online self paced training. The program is designed to help employees add skills that can be used in their current work or applied toward a new career pathway.
Complete Your High School Diploma or GED
HOPE Academy Ranch USA provides individualized pathway guidance to help employee apprentices complete their secondary education through an accredited high school diploma or a GED. For students in grades 7–12, they offer a flexible, virtual school pathway toward a Cognia-accredited high school diploma complete with personalized academic planning and career exploration. For older youth and adults seeking an alternative route, they deliver comprehensive GED preparation, test scheduling guidance, and targeted barrier supports like transportation assistance to ensure a smooth path to graduation.
Important Things to Understand
• Joining the employee apprentice pool does not guarantee an immediate assignment a particular number of hours or placement with a specific provider
• You may accept or decline an offered assignment before committing to it but repeated availability changes or accepted assignment cancellations may affect future placement
• Every assignment will have its own duties schedule location physical demands qualifications safety requirements and pay information
• Some assignments may require a valid driver's license reliable transportation a background check drug screening tools credentials or work clothing
• You must be legally authorized to work and complete all required employment and payroll documents before beginning work
